My #HarvestVoxBox | Influenster VoxBox
If you're a long time reader, you might know that I'm subscribed to influenster and that I periodically receive really cool boxes full of free sample products (sometimes full size) that I test out and give my honest opinion on my social media. Basically that's what influenster do.
This time I received this box called #HarvestVoxBox full of great goodies that I've been trying out! So here are my thoughts on this box:
COUPONS:
The first thing that I noticed as soon as I opened my box was that there were a lot of coupons for discount products! In this box you receive a coupon for EvaNYC, Gain Botanicals, Country Rock Butter Spread and Cole's Middles.This are cool and definitely worth saving.
TREE HUT COCONUT LIME BODY BUTTER
This is a brand that I've never heard of before so I was happy to try it. I'm not quite a fan of the texture because I think its pretty thick, way too much for my preference and also the smell is good but might get overpowering and reminds me too much like the smell of those car deodorizer. Definitely not my favorite product... It claims to be a 24 hours moisturizer but after trying it, I don't think the moisture lasts that long. The smell also disappears within a few hours.
VERA WANG EMBRACE (SAMPLE PERFUME)
To be honest, I've never tried a Vera Wang perfume before. This scent is definitely not my "go-to-scent" but I like it for this time of the year. Normally I prefer fresh, sweet and florals scents, and while this is not my perfect scent, still is fresh and floral. I've been enjoying using this sample, but the downside of it is that it doesn't last long, what a shame :(
EVA NYC HAIR 10-IN-1- PRIMER
Last time I received a voxbox I was introduced to this brand. It got me at the scent to be honest, so I was pretty excited to try this, and also, did you heard before about a "Hair primer"? I'm a beauty junkie so for sure I know about primers for the face but never even imagined that there was such thing as a hair primer. I tried it and first, smells amazing as the other products I tried from this brand, second, it leaves my hair feeling really soft but not oily, which I found its great! My hair is pretty fine and this product doesn't weight it down and also, apparently this hair primer protect it against the heat of my hair tools. Definitely will finish this sample product because I really liked it.
GAIN BOTANICALS LAUNDRY DETERGENT
This was BY FAR my favorite product from this box. Honestly, after using and trying these samples, I can say that my clothes never smelled that good. The scents are just dreamy!!! And leaves the clothes smelling really good for a long time even after you hang them or folded them. Definitely will repurchase and the fact that is plant based makes it even better! Definitely worth the try!
